Dept. 728 Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We value you as a customer and want you to be completely satisfied with our products. That's why we invite you to exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise.
Since we are currently in the process of moving, we like to handle our returns and exchanges personally in order to avoid and mixups. So, if you need a hand with anything, drop us an email here, and we'll get right to handling your return or exchange immediately.
Be sure you have a copy of the invoice you received with the garment. If you'd like to exchange the garment for one of the same price, simply reply with its style number and size on the returned invoice. If you'd like to make an exchange at another date, we will send you a merchandise credit for the original purchase price of the garment, plus tax.
Dept. 728 Return Policy:
To return an item for credit to your credit card or paypal account you must contact us here to receive approval. In your email, please clearly state the reason for your return and provide a phone number where you can be reached. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. For all returns, we will charge a $5.00 restocking fee and your shipping will not be refunded. We may need to contact you by phone for credit card information.
